What shoes do you think is the best martial arts traing for?
I am currently practiceing Israeli Krav Maga self defense and MMA. I am usually in the Practice barefoot, but others prefer wrestling shoes. Yet some say barefoot is better. What do you think?
I think for Krav Maga Street ur wear shoes, because these are the shoes u wear when u use. as far as MMA barefoot again, because that is what u use when u practice it, if you're in the cage fight. Wrestling shoes are good if you are struggling, because you may want to use it, but why give yourself an advantage in training, you have lived on the street or in the cage.
