starting in the MMA classes, but do not know what shoes to have the best, it is best to wear wrestling shoes? or barefoot ? Go Ive had a wrestling class and always wore shoes
In general, you will be barefoot, as most aspects of the MMA (Muay Thai, Judo, BJJ, etc.) are designed, and competitions are held under such conditions. If I had a broken toe or an open wound, I would wear shoes rings, but in general, I would ask permission from the coach / trainer first.
