Any advice on my first year of the title?
Hi, this is my senior year in high school, and I'm going to do track. I need to know whether the spikes put in my track spikes. I am located in endurance events (800 + m) and the parties have made some very cheap shoes for distance running. Should I keep the spikes in, what would you recommend, tree spikes or studs pyramid? I would also like a little information about what types of devices can I need. I have compression shorts rings, and much under armor allergic (the singlet). I hope this information is helpful to you. Feel free to have post other advice you can too. I live in Maine, and I'm not sure what the title is usually around here, but I know our line is gravel, and I am sure that many other schools also. There are a couple of rubber tracks that I know of. Sorry, I was the kind of tracks that I will probably mention competing have to. Concrete tracks would be destroyed by the weather here.
You can walk in with spikes but only if you go running on a rubber track be. Spikes are useless and annoying on a concrete track. If you're planning on mostly concrete Racing, I would recommend you to invest in a pair of racing flats, because you use a lot more of them and they will probably be the better choice to go with more spikes. But if you take the spikes on a rubber track, then go with the tree spikes, the pyramids are more sprint-based. And of course, happiness.
